We provide you with peace of mind by physically checking in on your home, providing status updates, and offering related services to keep your home looking it's best while you're away.
Home Care Made easy
Rates starting at $75 per visit
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly visit options with upfront pricing and no contracts. Our rates start at $75 per visit for base service in an average 2 bed, 1 bath home. We also provide service for additional outbuildings as well as snow removal and lawn services to keep your home and property in tip-top shape.

Rest assured your property is well cared for with a post-visit checklist and summary. Video and photos are available upon request. We offer negotiated discounts when you bundle multiple services.
Our base rates for home caretaking are for the Zimmerman, Princeton, Milaca, Isanti, and Cambridge areas. Contact us for a quote outside of these service areas.

Check for signs of forced or attempted entry in doors and windows
Mail & Packages
Collect all mail and packages into the interior of the home or garage
Garbage Service
Take in/out any trash and recycling bins
Curb Appeal
Remove flyers, papers, litter, and trash
Perimeter Walk
Inspect gates, fences, sheds, outbuildings, confirm motion and/or security lights are operational
Exterior Water Check
Verify downspouts operation, inspect faucets for leaks, look for pooling water or leaks
Vendor Evaluation
Confirm completion and quality of cleaners, landscapers, snow removal, lawn, and pool services
Doors & Windows
Confirm all exterior doors and windows are closed, inspect for new damage
Pests
Check for signs of infestation both interior and exterior. Replace traps as needed
Interior Water Check
Inspect all fixtures and accessible plumbing for leaks, run water/flush toilets, look for condensation build up
Refrigerator/Freezers
Validate operation, report temp if available
Thermostat
Check and report interior/exterior/garage temperature, check pilot lights if necessary
AC & Furnace
Inspect for hazards, replace provided air filters

Alternate interior & exterior lights switched on

Water/rotate plants per provided instructions

Test, replace batteries, report if outside of recommended lifespan (commonly 10 years)

Confirm charge and placement of fire extinguishers, report if replacement needed

Check for proper functionality, including float trigger

Clean clothes dryer exhaust to reduce fire hazard
