Maintaining Your Curb Appeal
In addition to our home caretaking services, we provide snow removal and lawncare services to help maintain the exterior of your home. For clients that are looking to list their houses for sales or simply want to return home to the extra special touch; we also offer high-powered pavement pressure washing, minor home repairs, and more.
We offer negotiated discounts when multiple services are bundled. Our base rates for all snow removal and lawn services are for the Zimmerman, Princeton, Milaca, Isanti, and Cambridge areas. Contact us for a quote outside of these service areas.
OUR Services & Rates
Snow Removal
Each house is unique with amount of sidewalk, driveway complexity, location of snow piles, and more. Every home will require a unique quote after an in-person visit. However, we believe in upfront and transparent pricing so you can better plan around your needs and have provided some base ranges.

Snow services have a $40 minimum charge per visit. For a typical home with 3" or less of snowfall, plowing services will range $40-$60, shovel/snow blowing $25-$50, salt $15-$50. With our focus on caring for homes without occupants, we prefer not to quote with a "snowfall trigger" and avoid overcharging you for more visits than you need.

Lawn Services
Each yard is unique in size, maneuverability, number of plants, trees, and other obstacles, and more. Every home will require a unique quote after an in-person visit. However, we believe in upfront and transparent pricing so you can better plan around your needs and have provided some base ranges.

Lawn services have a $50 minimum charge per visit. For a typical lawn on a 1/2-acre plot or less, mowing services will range $30-$60, weed whip $25-$50, blowing grass from paved areas included at no charge. We utilize commercial grade equipment to ensure the best results, including zero turn lawn mowers, push mowers, heavy-duty weed whips, and leaf blowers for standard services.
